During this initial phase, guests focus on self-reflection, understanding boundaries, relationship building, and developing an individual healing and growth plan. They also participate in various assessments while participating in program support and digital detox.
Phase 2 // 3rd-6th month
Empowerment
In this phase, guests work on achieving their personal development goals, including educational and employment objectives. They continue to engage in program support, budgeting and savings, while limiting social media and cell phone use.
Phase 3 // 16th-12th month
